Reverend Wanda J Holloway accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior when she was nine (9) years old. Unbeknownst to Reverend Holloway, the Lord began drawing her to Himself when she became an ordained deaconess, a Sunday School teacher and Assistant to the Pastor. She is blessed with the gift of teaching and has served as Director of Christian Education.

Reverend Holloway is civic minded and has given back to her community through working at the Boys and Girls Club at the age of 12. She has taught social work classes as an adjunct professor at Illinois State University and served on the board of directors for Hope for the Future. Reverend Holloway is actively serving the community through the Central Illinois (IL) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated.

Currently Reverend Holloway is the Youth Pastor and Associate Minister at Mount Zion Christian Church in Bloomington Illinois. Reverend Holloway was officially ordained to preach the Gospel on July 30, 2023, under the leadership of Reverend David Davis.

Reverend Holloway and Deacon George Holloway have been married thirty-two years. They have two children, Michael and Wesley, and two grandchildren, Ethan and Emery. In her spare time, Reverend Holloway enjoys gardening, reading, teaching, and traveling. She comes from a large family and has four brothers and four sisters.
